Liminy Locust is the god-king of Grasshopper City, from the podcast All my Fantasy Children, which is a real fun time.
I wanted to do a sort of storybook look to the illustration. also, instead of a more realistic bug face, I leaned into the ‘wretched little man’ school of character design you sometimes get with bugs, that Liminy’s sort of namesake is the poster child of. also, I couldn’t commit to doing it outlineless soooo here’s it twice.
